Centennial rolls past Whitman for 5-0 rout

No. 1 Centennial made the most of its scoring opportunities and cruised past host Walt Whitman for a 5-0 boys soccer victory last night in Bethesda.

The Eagles (4-0) extended their winning streak to 35 games and again shut down the opposition's defense.

Centennial has not allowed a goal this season.

Brian Otten, Dave Johnson, Matt Stephenson, Matt Walton and John Tolkasz scored for the Eagles.
