Development authority unveils new image

The Howard County Economic Development Authority has announced a new corporate image and a targeted marketing campaign -- to include a new logo and Internet site.

The new campaign is a reflection of the authority's efforts to attract new businesses to the county.

The Internet site, developed with the assistance of Jayne Bourke of Fun With Dick & Jayne, contains information on business climate, key industries, demographics and quality of life, and is at http: //www.hceda.org.

An advertising campaign is planned for this year.
