Prince George's County police yesterday identified the victims of a double-slaying and suicide outside a College Park elementary school Tuesday night as an estranged couple and a man whose relationship to the pair remains unknown.
A police spokesman identified the couple as Terry Douglas Shaifer, 36, of Suitland, Prince George's County, and his wife, Cynthia Ann Shaifer, 36, of Cedar Heights, Montgomery County. The other man was identified as Theodore Gleston Cooper, 57, of Largo, Prince George's County.
