Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Central District

Theft: A firefighter's cellular phone and keys were stolen Monday from the Engine Company 13 firehouse in the 400 block of McMechen St.

Burglary: Police were seeking several men and a woman who used keys to enter offices of the city Department of Employment in the 200 block of E. Pleasant St. between Sunday and Monday. The intruders allegedly stole computer equipment and other property, all valued at more than $6,000.

Burglary: A .38-caliber handgun and a 13-inch TV, all valued at $700, were stolen yesterday from the law office of Neil Lewis in the first block of W. Read St.

Northern District

Stolen vehicle: A 1994 Dodge van with tags BTA 594 was stolen yesterday in the 700 block of Glenwood Ave.

Robbery: A man was in the 4200 block of W. Northern Parkway on Monday when a gunman robbed him of a pager and a pair of prescription glasses, all valued at nearly $400.

Western District

Vandalism: The front window of a store in the 2100 block of W. North Ave. was broken Monday. It was valued at $800.

Assault: A 39-year-old man was in the 1800 block of Thomas Ave. on Monday when a teen-age boy struck him in the head with a brick. The victim was treated at Liberty Medical Center.

Drug arrests: Officer Shane Stufft was in the 1700 block of W. Fayette St. on Monday when he arrested two men on drug charges. The officer seized several capsules of suspected heroin.

Burglary/arrests: Police entered a vacant house in the 1000 block of Woodyear St. on Monday and arrested two men and seized 50 capsules of suspected heroin and a loaded .357-caliber Magnum handgun.

North Point Precinct

Stolen vehicle: A 1993 Ford tractor-cab with tags 195-F15 and valued at nearly $60,000 was stolen between Saturday and Monday in the 7600 block of Rolling Mill Road.

Essex Precinct

Stolen truck: A 1991 Dodge Ram pickup truck with tags 170797 was stolen Monday in the 900 block of Foxcroft Lane.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: After ordering a beverage at the Burger King in the 8300 block of Harford Road on Monday afternoon, a man pulled a handgun from his clothing and ordered an employee to give him money from a cash register. The gunman fled with an undisclosed sum.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Tools and landscaping equipment were stolen between Saturday and Monday from the Charles D. Ives landscaping firm in the 6200 block of Falls Road. The firm's 1986 Ford F-150 pickup truck with tags 863649 was stolen and used to haul the property.

Slaying suspect sought: Zachary Martin, 16, of the 4900 block of Goodnow Road in Northeast Baltimore has been charged in a warrant with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Glen Wilson, 20, of the 900 block of E. Biddle St. Wilson and two other men were shot Jan. 25 near Wilson's home. He died the same day at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
