TNT Logistics USA names Guillott a vice president

TNT Logistics USA announced the selection of Francis J. Guillott as vice president, contract operations. He will be responsible for new client contracts and partner relationships. Formerly director of capital resources with Westinghouse Electronic Systems, he joined the Linthicum-based firm as a senior business development executive. He is chairman of the BWI Business Partnership and a member of the Baltimore Metropolitan Council and sits on the advisory board of the Johns Hopkins School of Continuing Studies.

Ladew Topiary Gardens appoints executive director

Ladew Topiary Gardens named Jennifer Shattuck as executive director of the Monkton tourist attraction. A certified public accountant, the California native and longtime Maryland resident also has an MBA from New York University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Garden Club of America and several other TTC plant and garden societies, and she sits on various school and museum boards of trustees.

Eisner & Associates appoints creative director

Eisner & Associates appointed Bill Mitchell to the post of creative director of the large Baltimore ad agency. Formerly the firm's co-creative director, he will oversee all creative, broadcast, print and art studio production. A Clio awards winner, he also has won the Cannes Gold Lion. Prior to joining the agency, he was a creative supervisor with the Earle Palmer Brown agency. Weinberg Harris & Associates named Mary-Margaret Stephanian a senior account executive. A graduate of the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, she is active in the activities of the House of Ruth and the Constellation Foundation. Before joining the Baltimore-based ad and public relations firm, the Homeland resident worked in the national retail and radio broadcast industries.

Ward succeeds White at Baltimore Life

Baltimore Life Insurance an nounced the appointment of William D. Ward as vice president, investments for the more-than-century-old insurer. He was formerly with Franklin Life Insurance of Springfield (Ill.) as senior vice president and chief investment officer. He succeeds the recently retired John K. White. Ellin & Tucker, a regional accounting firm with offices in Baltimore and Washington, appointed Amy O. Lawrence marketing director and Deborah Steve as a personal and corporate tax preparer. Lawrence, a graduate of Boston College, was formerly with the Richmond firm of Cherry, Bekaert & Holland. Steve, a University of Baltimore graduate, was a problem resolution specialist with the Internal Revenue Service.

Dewberry & Davis names Wallace in Frederick

Dewberry & Davis named Stuart Wallace as branch manager and chief landscape architect for its Frederick office. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin with degrees in engineering and landscape architecture, he is also an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland and serves as chairman of the Shepherdstown, W.Va., planning commission.

Constellation Real Estate announced the selection of Jacob

H. Baugher III as controller for the Columbia-based commercial real estate sales/leasing, design/build firm. A graduate of Towson State University, the Westminster resident was formerly the accounting operations manager for South Charles Realty Corp., a subsidiary of NationsBank.
