A 20-by-16-foot central living room is surrounded by a 12-by-11-foot dining room, 13-by-15-foot kitchen with laundry area, two bedrooms, a full hall bath and a master suite with a 13-by-13-foot bedroom, walk-in closet and bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. The Dorchester also has front and rear porches and a two-car garage.

On the entry level there is a two-story 29-by-18-foot dining/great room with a fireplace, 12-by-10-foot kitchen, laundry area, powder room and a master suite with a walk-in closet, 17-by-15-foot bedroom and bath with a separate shower and soaking tub.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bath. A 20-by-14-foot bonus area can be finished at an additional cost.

A 21-by-7-foot front porch, 13-by-8-foot rear screened porch and a two-car garage complete the first floor of the Stafford.
