A Randallstown woman received suspended four five-year sentences in Carroll County Circuit Court yesterday for her role in a burglary ring that prosecutors say operated in Carroll and Baltimore counties and southern Pennsylvania last year.
Kelly Marie Johnson, 19, of the 3300 block of Offutt Road, pleaded guilty to three charges of theft and one charge of conspiracy to commit theft in April, and has cooperated with prosecutors, testifying against others involved, said Clarence W. Beall III, an assistant state's attorney.
Beall said Johnson was the girlfriend of Robert Carter Shore II, the ring's leader. Shore was convicted of robbery and burglary in June and sentenced to 18 years in prison.
