Westminster: A Baltimore man told city police that someone damaged his vehicle while it was parked on Middlegrove Court before 8: 56 a.m. Wednesday. Damage was estimated at $300.

Westminster: A resident of East Green Street told city police that someone stole three bicycles from his yard and stole parts from vehicles parked outside his residence before 8: 37 p.m. Thursday. The loss was estimated at $405.

Westminster: A resident of Owings Mills told city police that someone broke the window of a phone booth on East Main Street before 9: 13 p.m. Thursday. Damage was estimated at $50.
