Boston Court Townhomes

Want to live in the city or in the county? Need three bedrooms or two large suites? Would you like a garage or do you prefer a fully unfinished lower level that you can customize to meet your needs? The decisions are yours at Boston Court Townhomes in Graceland Park, where Baltimore Homes is building 98 three-level townhouses, with or without a one-car garage. Some of the houses will be in Baltimore and some will be in Baltimore County.

Built under the Baltimore Gas & Electric Co.'s EnergyWi$e program, Boston Court homes come with gas heat, cooking and hot water and a connection for a gas dryer. All houses have 1,280 square feet of finished space on two levels and an additional 640 square feet in the unfinished lower level.

One of two garage models, the Paul Revere, has a base price of $104,900. Entry is via the lower level, which houses the single-car garage, laundry area and utility room. There is room to add a recreation room and bath.

A 16-by-14-foot country kitchen, powder room and 16-by-15-foot living room occupy the middle level.

The top floor has a 14-by-11-foot master bedroom with two walk-in closets, a 19-by-11-foot second bedroom and a full hall bath.

The John Adams is one of two models without garages. The entry level has a foyer, 15-by-11-foot living room, 15-by-8-foot dining room, 14-by-11-foot kitchen with pantry and powder room. Upstairs, there is a 14-by-11-foot master bedroom, two more bedrooms and a full hall bath.
