The Greatest gets his due on TNT tonight.

"The Drew Carey Show" (8: 30 p.m.-9 p.m., WMAR, Channel 2) -- Jamie Lee Curtis does Drew's hair. Not a bad life. ABC.

"Alex Haley's 'Queen' " (9 p.m.-11 p.m., WJZ, Channel 13) -- Halle Berry plays Haley's paternal grandmother, the daughter of a slave and a Civil War colonel of Irish descent, in this two-part adaptation of a book Haley was working on at the time of his death. Part 2 airs 8 p.m.-10 p.m. tomorrow. (The miniseries originally ran six hours.) CBS.

"The Burning Team" (9 p.m.-10 p.m., WNUV, Channel 54) -- In this series premiere, a group of folks in clunky suits run around tracking down and killing deadly viruses. Tonight's virus seems to have a mind of its own. UPN.

"Dateline NBC" (10 p.m.-11 p.m., WBAL, Channel 11) -- Robert Bazzell reports on the sex lives of folks in their 80s and 90s. Turns out we could learn something from grandma and grandpa. NBC.

Cable

"Muhammad Ali: The Whole Story" (8 p.m.-10 p.m., repeats 10 p.m.-midnight and midnight-2 a.m., TNT) -- Ali was such a flamboyant personality that it's sometimes easy to forget what a tremendous boxer he was -- and the courage it took to take an anti-war stance in the late 1960s that cost him his crown, his prime years, who-knows-how-many millions of dollars and the undying enmity of a lot of people. This documentary, tracing his life from the streets of Louisville, Ky., to the opening ceremonies of the Atlanta Olympics, is an enlightening, exhilarating look at this complex man. The hardest part is watching Ali and Joe Frazier trade blows during the "Thrilla in Manila," a brutal brawl from which neither man ever fully recovered.

"Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan" (8 p.m.-11 p.m., Sci-Fi) -- Leonard Nimoy is host for Sci-Fi's "TrekFest '96," which begins tonight with this airing of the best of the six "Trek" movies, with Ricardo Montalban as a genetically engineered superman with a king-size grudge.

The film is being shown in letterbox format, and Nimoy will be dishing out all sorts of "Trek" tales, including one about Montalban and a midget robot.
