Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore city and county.

Northeastern District

Burglary: A storm door, videocassette recorder, lawn mower and 26-inch bicycle, all valued at more than $1,600, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 1900 block of Swansea Road.

Burglary: A 26-inch TV and videocassette recorder, all valued at $500, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 4600 block of Bayonne Ave.

Burglary: After removing a window air-conditioner, someone entered a house in the 3900 block of Ridgecroft Road on Wednesday and stole a compact disc player and cash, all valued at more than $300.

Burglary: A 13-inch TV, videocassette recorder and refrigerator, all valued at more than $500, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 4300 block of York Road.

Northern District

Theft from vehicle: Tennis shoes valued at $110 and $40 cash were stolen Wednesday from a 1988 Toyota parked in the 3900 block of Falls Road.

Robbery: A man was in the 2500 block of N. Charles St. on Wednesday when he was robbed of $20 and an ATM card by another man, who implied he was armed with a handgun.

Theft from vehicle: A video camera, 35-mm camera, camera bag, gym bag and tennis shoes, all valued at more than $2,000, were stolen Wednesday from a car parked in the 1600 block of Sulgrave Ave.

Robbery: A gunman robbed Wendy's restaurant in the 5600 block of York Road on Wednesday.

Burglary: Silver necklaces and bracelets of unknown value was stolen Wednesday from an apartment in the 500 block of W. University Parkway.

Burglary: Robbery: A man was assaulted and robbed by three youths, who struck him with a metal pipe and took his bike, in the 100 block of Woodlawn Road on Wednesday. The bike was valued at more than $200.

Southwestern District

Assault: A 32-year-old man was in the 1100 block of Poplar Grove St. on Wednesday when he was assaulted by several men who struck him with their fists, hit him with bricks and kicked him. The victim was in stable condition yesterday at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Central District

Burglary: A videocassette recorder valued at more than $200 was stolen Wednesday from an apartment in the 1700 block of Eutaw Place.

Theft: A construction worker was repairing a house in the 1900 block of Mt. Royal Terrace yesterday when someone entered the back yard and stole tools and equipment, all valued at nearly $600.

North Point Precinct

Burglary: Lawn-care equipment valued at $50 was stolen Wednesday from a garage in the 600 block of 46th St.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A 12-gauge shotgun, sofa and cabinets, all valued at more than $500, were stolen Wednesday from a vacant apartment in the 8300 block of Harford Road.

Towson Precinct

Stolen car: A 1990 Toyota Corolla station wagon with tags SXA 989 and valued at $12,000 was stolen Wednesday in the 700 block of Fairmount Ave.
