Local promoter Stuart Satosky will hold his second cable television boxing show in the past three months at the Pikesville Armory on Sept. 17, featuring two welterweight title bouts.

Highlighting the USA Cable telecast will be Tony Martin of Philadelphia battling Skipper Kelp of Saigon for the United States Boxing Association championship.

Martin, who will be supported by several bus loads of fans, made an unsuccessful bid for the USBA crown last October when he lost a 12-round decision to Sal Lopez.

The second title match pits Derrell Coley of Washington against Kip Diggs of Brewster, Mass., for the North American Boxing Federation crown.

Coley held the NABF title for over a year before losing a controversial decision to Oba Carr in Las Vegas a year ago.

The undercard will feature a welterweight bout matching Chuck Sturm of Baltimore and Roland Commings of Youngstown, Ohio. Light-heavyweight Courtney Butler of Baltimore and jTC welterweight Emil Baku will appear in preliminary bouts.

Tickets are priced at $40, $30 and $20 and can be reserved by calling (410) 528-1932.
