Two men arrested in drug case

August 20, 1996

A traffic stop in Brooklyn Park Saturday led to the arrest of two men on drug charges, county police said.

Richard Wayne Citro, 33, of the 300 block of Tetra Court in Glen Burnie and David Richard Alley, 33, of the 200 block of Fourth Ave. were charged with possession of cocaine. Citro also was charged with driving with a suspended license.

An officer patrolling Belle Grove Road shortly after 4 p.m. saw a 1988 Nissan truck make a left turn onto Marshall Road without using a turn signal and noticed that the license tag validation stickers were not properly displayed, so he stopped the vehicle, police said. A check found that the driver's license was suspended, police said.

A passenger had a cassette case with a cigarette pack wrapper inside containing a substance that tested positive for cocaine and was arrested, police said.
