August 13, 1996

Police arrested two Baltimore women Saturday on charges they stole more than $200 worth of clothes from the Hecht's at Marley Station.

Tarsha Delores Randloph, 19, of the 2800 block of N. Denholm Circle and Tamika Lasandera Ben, 18, of the 2800 block of Winnwood Court were charged with theft.

A security guard told police he saw two women in the store about 6: 30 p.m. take several items from store displays and place them in their handbags. The women walked out of the store without paying for the items and the security guard stopped them and held them for police.
