Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore city and county.

Northern District

Theft from vehicle: Two cellular phones and several compact discs, all valued at more than $400, were stolen Saturday from a 1996 Toyota 4-Runner parked in the 1900 block of Rogers Ave.

Eastern District

Theft from car: Golf clubs, books, tools, clothing and other items, all valued at more than $1,800, were stolen Saturday from a 1992 Nissan Maxima parked in the 2300 block of E. Monument St.

Southwestern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed Blockbuster Video in the 3400 block of Clifton Ave. on Friday.

Northwestern District

Shooting: A 19-year-old man was walking with his girlfriend in the 4100 block of Belle Ave. early yesterday when a man called to him. The 19-year-old walked toward the other man and was shot in the right ankle. Police said the gunman drove off in a maroon car. The victim was treated at Sinai Hospital and released.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: An undisclosed number of coins were stolen Saturday from several vending machines at Pulaski Flea Market in the 12400 block of Pulaski Highway.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: A man stole five shirts, all valued at $200, from Structure at Towson Town Center in the 800 block of Dulaney Valley Road on Saturday. The robber struck a female clerk who tried to stop him.

Cockeysville Precinct

Robbery: A 32-year-old Parkville man was at York and Westbury roads early Saturday when a gunman robbed him of his wallet and more than $60.
