Taneytown Bank & Trust Co. has engaged Louis J. Rosenthal to provide estate planning services for its clients. A certified public accountant and respected legal counsel, Rosenthal has a law degree from the University of Maryland. He will work with Teresa Lancaster, business development officer for the Trust Division, to provide products and services to potential trust clientele.

Long & Foster Real Estate has announced its top sales associates for June. In Eldersburg, Janice Kirkner was top producer and seller and Jackie Sellers, top lister. In Westminster, Cliff Dull was top lister, seller and agent.

Stu's Music Shop of Westminster has announced the addition of Ray Moore to its sales staff. He is a graduate of the Crane School of Music of the State University of New York and the Peabody Conservatory of Music with a master's degree. He is a professor of trumpet at Towson State University and has played with national orchestras.

Carroll County Bank recently elected Donald F. Burke as a vice president for trust investments. He will manage investment oriented accounts for clients. He has a master's degree from Loyola College and is a native of Baltimore.
