Saplin Hill

The Fairfield, one of two three-level town homes that Ryan Homes is building at Saplin Hill, a new community at Owings Mills New Town in Baltimore County, is open for viewing.

The Fairfield has 1,607 square feet of finished space and a base price of $111,990. It can be built with a front kitchen, rear kitchen or large country kitchen.

With the 11-by-9-foot front kitchen, the first floor also has a foyer, coat closet, storage area, 10-by-7-foot dining room and 19-by-11-foot rear living room. A powder room is optional.

In the three-bedroom version, there is a 12-by-13-foot master bedroom with walk-in closet on the second floor.

The bath, with entrances from the hall or master bedroom, contains a soaking tub, linen closet and two vanities.

A laundry room is in the unfinished basement, which can be equipped with an optional family room and study.

Starting at $108,990, the Lynhaven model by Ryan Homes is XTC 1,534-square-foot home. The first floor has a foyer, 15-by-12-foot living room, storage room, 9-by-10-foot dining room and 10-by-9-foot kitchen.

The second floor features a 13-by-12-foot master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a 17-by-11-foot second bedroom and a full hall bath.

A three-bedroom layout is optional.

Country Walk

Ryan Homes recently opened the Vandenburg model at Country Walk, where the company is building 57 single-family homes that back to the 400-acre Harford Glen Preserve in Bel Air.

Homes in the Harford County community are being built under the BGE EnergyWi$e program and come with gas heat and hot water.

The Vandenburg is a 2,324-square-foot Colonial with a base price of $186,900. On the first floor there are a 15-by-13-foot living room, 11-by-13-foot dining room, 10-by-13-foot kitchen with pantry and work island, 10-by-13-foot breakfast area, powder room, laundry/mud room and foyer with guest closet.

Upstairs, the master suite has a 13-by-18-foot bedroom, walk-in closet and a full bath with two vanities. A full hall bath, linen closet and three additional bedrooms complete the second floor.

A two-car garage and unfinished basement are standard.

With 1,890 square feet and a base price of $166,900, the Birchwood is the smallest and least expensive home Ryan is building at Country Walk.

Across the front are a 12-by-12-foot living room, foyer, powder room and two-car garage. A laundry room, 12-by-10-foot dining room, 8-by-12-foot kitchen with pantry, 8-by-11-foot dinette and 17-by-12-foot family room are also on the entry level.
