Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore city and county.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A woman was walking in the 100 block of S. Linwood Ave. on Tuesday when a man assaulted her and stole her jewelry.

Central District

Robbery: A gunman robbed a 75-year-old woman of cash and other property, valued at more than $100, in the 200 block of W. Monument St. yesterday.

Northeastern District

Burglary: Property valued at more than $4,000 was stolen Monday from a storage locker in the 4200 block of Shannon Drive. Taken were a dishwasher, bedding, stereo equipment, compact disc player, videocassette recorder and two safes.

Burglary: Lawn equipment valued at nearly $700 was stolen Tuesday from a shed in the 5100 block of Walther Ave.

Burglary: Jewelry valued at $200 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1800 block of Swansea Ave.

Northwestern District

Rape: A 19-year-old woman was walking near a wooded area behind the 4200 block of Towanda Ave. on Tuesday when a gunman forced her into a rear yard of a house, where she was blindfolded and raped. She was treated at Mercy Medical Center.

Robbery: A man knocked a woman to the ground Tuesday in the 3300 block of Ingleside Ave. and stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at more than $500.

Burglary: A lawn mower valued at more than $400 was stolen Tuesday from a garage in the 3500 block of Sequoia Ave.

Western District

Robbery: A gunman robbed a woman of more than $80 Tuesday in the 2100 block of N. Fulton Ave.

Robbery: A man was in the 2300 block of W. Lafayette Ave. when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $50 Tuesday.

Southwestern District

Stolen car: A 1992 Plymouth with tags ALA 564 was stolen Tuesday in the 3900 block of Stokes Drive.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: A dozen sets of flatware were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 11000 block of Franklinville Road.

Burglary: A 19-inch television, microwave oven and a cordless telephone, all valued at more than $400, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 4000 block of Bedrock Circle.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: More than $1,500 worth of seafood was stolen Tuesday from Mr. Crab in the 7600 block of Belair Road.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Jewelry and silverware, all valued at about $25,000, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 12800 block of Eagle View Road in Phoenix. Police were seeking a woman with blond hair who was seen in the area.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: A 26-year-old man was at Rockland Avenue and Roman Frazier Lane in Pikesville on Tuesday when another man jabbed a weapon in his back and robbed him of more than $300.

Stolen car: A 1990 Mazda 626 with tags BGN 601 was stolen Tuesday in the 6700 block of Alter St.

Victim identified: A man fatally shot Monday in the 1000 block of Bethune Road in South Baltimore was identified as Tyrone Alston, 43, of the 2200 block of N. Rosedale St.
