Ellicott City: 10100 block of U.S. 40: Someone entered a High's convenience store Friday night or Saturday morning with a key, turned off an alarm and took cash and a fax machine.

Ellicott City: Centennial Park: A woman walking her dogs Saturday afternoon saw a man with all his clothes off twirling them over his head while looking at her. The man is described as white, 5 feet 8 inches tall with a stocky build, straight, blond, medium-length hair. He had been wearing light blue shorts and a black-and-white striped polo shirt.

Elkridge: 6600 block of Amberton Drive: Someone pried open the bay door of Arundel Juice Products Saturday morning and took cash.
