Four teens arrested on drug charges

Police investigating a party at a Sherwood Forest home Tuesday arrested three men and an Annapolis youth on drug charges, county police said.

Charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were James P. Fedor, 18, of the 3100 block of Catrina Lane in Annapolis; Jonathan W. Cline, 18, of the 200 block of Nottingham Road in Sherwood Forest; Tobin M. Poole, 18, of the 700 block of Robin Hood Hill in Sherwood Forest; and the 15-year-old youth, whose name was withheld, of the 1000 block of Cedar Ridge Court in Annapolis.

Poole also was charged with possession of marijuana with intent distribute.

Bruce Drury, a member of the Sherwood Forest Community Patrol, called police shortly after 1 a.m. and asked Officer David Sereboff to check a party in the 200 block of Nottingham Road.

Drury said he was walking near the house when he saw a Ford Explorer being driven negligently and then park near the home. A passenger threw something from the window, which later was determined to be two stolen canisters of Freon, police said.

Sereboff and two other officersapproached the house and saw three people on the screened-in porch, police said. When the men saw the police, they ran into the house.

Cline, a resident, let the officer in.

Sereboff saw two pipes and a bag on a table with what later tested positive for marijuana, police said. He also found the men who had been standing on the porch, police aid.

Next to the table, police found a gym bag with six smaller bags of what later tested positive for marijuana, police said.

The marijuana on the table weighed 27 grams and was valued at $270, police said. The marijuana in the bag weighed 35.7 grams and had a value of $360, police said.

Police are continuing their investigation.
