Patuxent Research Refuge program for children teaches about predators

The Patuxent Research Refuge -- North Tract, Bald Eagle Drive in Laurel, will offer "Predators on the Prowl," a children's day program from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 10: 30 a.m. to 11: 30 a.m. July 29.

Children from 5 to 7 years old can learn every animal can be a predator, as well as how plants and animals are important in the food chain. Registration is required. Information: 674-3304.
