Linda L. Kerechek moves up at International Paper

International Paper has appointed Linda L. Kerechek manager for advertising and marketing services for its Odenton-based Kerechek decorative products division. She will have responsibility for the division's advertising, merchandising, trade show and promotional activities as well as overseeing the advertising/merchandising and marketing services departments. She joined the company in 1988, when it was known as Nevamar Corp., and was most recently its manager of marketing services. The Howard County resident has a master's degree from Stanford University. Johns Hopkins University has appointed Dan Eagle Eye director of administrative services for the Hopkins School of Continuing Studies. He will oversee admissions and enrollment management and be responsible for budgets and computer support systems. The Baltimore resident has a master's degree in education from Harvard University and was a deputy projects director at Bowie State University prior to coming to Hopkins.


Doyle named senior VP at Gray Kirk/VanSant

Gray Kirk/VanSant named Richard Doyle senior vice president and media director. With over 18 years of strategic planning experience, he will be responsible for developing media strategies for the Baltimore-based advertising and public relations agency. A graduate of Michigan State University, he formerly was with Young & Rubicam as vice president and media group supervisor.


CMG Health announces appointment of Liese

CMG Health announced the appointment of Stephen F. Liese as director of management information services. Prior to joining Liese the Owings Mills-based behavioral health, managed-care firm, he was director of operations for the TennCare unit of First Health Services. At CMG, Liese, a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, will have responsibility for development, procurement and maintenance of all aspects of the firm's automated information and telecommunications systems. McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond, Towson-based regional accountants and consultants, announced the selection of Paul M. Steckel as tax partner for the firm. He will lead the tax practice of the firm at its Frederick offices. A CPA and graduate of Gettysburg College, he joins the firm after a 17-year stint with the Washington office of Grant Thornton.

Fradkin, Shea join Corridor Real Estate

Corridor Commercial Real Estate Group announced the selections of Richard E. Fradkin as vice president and Thomas W. Shea as an investment sales broker. Prior to their recently joining the Columbia firm, Fradkin, a graduate of the Wharton School, was building operations manager at the Rouse Co., and Shea, who has degrees from Loyola College and Johns Hopkins University, was a broker with Barrueta & Associates of Washington.
