Saraiya, Valove join OB-GYN firm

Dr. Swati M. Saraiya and Dr. Paul I. Valove have joined Drs. Esposito, Mayer, Hogan & Associates, a Columbia-based firm that specializes in obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Saraiya was a principal at Woman to Woman Health Care in Columbia.

Dr. Valove has practiced in the community for more than 19 years.

Robyn Landry of Columbia is the director of communications of the Office of Communications and Public Advocacy for the American Heart Association.

Landry will work in Washington and be responsible for supervising media relations and communications for Maryland, Washington and Northern Virginia.

Kayla Advertising of Columbia has hired Brigitte Goss and Tracey Alexander as telemarketing specialists.

Goss is a 1996 graduate of Mount Hebron High and plans to attend Vanderbilt University this fall.

Alexander is a junior at Towson State University majoring in mass communications.

Gorokhovsky joins Resource Connections

Alina A. Gorokhovsky has joined Resource Connections International, a consulting and project management firm, as director of marketing.

She is studying for a master's in business administration at the University of Baltimore.

Potocki to head APL administrative services

Kenneth A. Potocki has been named head of the Administrative Services Department at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory.

Potocki joined APL in 1970 and was engineering manager for the Hopkins Ultraviolet Telescope.

Shipley joins Altieri as sales consultant

Altieri Homes in Columbia has appointed John P. Shipley of Timonium as sales consultant for the community of Castle in the Woods in Ellicott City.

Shipley, a 1987 graduate of Towson State University, was

formerly with Hillmark Homes.

George Vaeth Associates to design Perry Hall S&L

George Vaeth Associates of Columbia has designed Rosedale Federal Savings and Loan Associations 7,000-square-foot branch office in Perry Hall.

Construction of the office is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
