Baseball: Seth Greisinger of Virginia allowed four hits and struck out nine in six innings, leading the U.S. baseball team to a 4-0 exhibition victory over South Korea in Millington, Tenn. Greisinger, a first-round draft choice of the Detroit Tigers, improved his record to 5-0 and lowered his team-leading ERA to 1.08. Jim Parque worked three innings of no-hit relief for his second save. Chad Allen, Jacque Jones and Troy Glass hit bases-empty homers for the United States, which improved to 23-3 with its third straight victory over South Korea. The series ends tonight in Millington.

Runner arrested: A top-flight distance runner was in a Miami jail yesterday after his arrest last week for running uninvited alongside Olympic torch bearers during the flame's tour through the city. Miamian Victor Miranda was pacing the torchbearers Thursday night, but was too close to the official entourage, police said.
