Annapolis Preserve

Toll Brothers has begun pre-construction sales at Annapolis Preserve, a 400-acre wooded community where the firm will build 83 homes on 1- to 2-acre lots.

The Madison, a 3,700-square-foot traditional with a beginning price of $379,900, will be the model at Annapolis Preserve. With the full stucco Provincial facade, the price rises to $392,900.

A two-story foyer is flanked by a 15-by-13-foot dining room on the left and a 19-by-13-foot living room on the right. Across the rear, there is a coat closet, laundry room, 25-by-13-foot kitchen/breakfast room with cook island, pantry and desk, 22-by-14-foot family room with vaulted ceiling and 14-by-12-foot study.

There is a powder room and a side entry three-car garage.

A 20-by-10-foot walk-in closet, 15-by-13-foot sitting room, 17-by-16-foot bedroom and bath with his and her vanities, linen closet, soaking tub and separate shower are in the second-floor master suite.

Bedroom two, 16-by-11 feet, also has a full private bath. The two other bedrooms share a bath.

With an opening price of $359,900 for 3,000 square feet, the Cornell New England is the least-expensive home offered at Annapolis Preserve.

At the front there is a two-car side entry garage, 12-by-11-foot study, two-level foyer and 16-by-14-foot living room. The first floor also has powder and laundry rooms, a guest closet, 20-by-18-foot two-story family room, 20-by-15-foot kitchen/breakfast room with cook island and pantry and 18-by-12-foot dining room.

Nantucket Island Homes and Dorsey Builders, working as Charleston Homes Limited Partnership, have opened models of two Southern-style single-family homes at Charleston Square in the Kendall Ridge section of Columbia.

A wraparound front porch welcomes you to the Ashley, which has 2,300 square feet, 9-foot first-floor ceilings and a starting price of $197,900.

An entry foyer, 12-by-12-foot living room, 11-by-12-foot dining room, one-car garage, powder room, utility room, 16-by-14-foot country kitchen with a work island and pantry, and 16-by-9-foot family room occupy the first floor.

The second floor includes a master suite with a walk-in closet, 16-by-16-foot bedroom and bath with dual vanities, linen closet, soaking tub and separate shower. There are two other bedrooms, a linen closet and a full hall bath.

Options that can be added to the unfinished basement include a full bath, recreation room, den and utility room.

For a base price of $189,900, the Beaumont has 2,000 square feet of living space. The first floor has a porch, one-car garage, 11-by-12-foot living room, powder room, 11-by-10-foot dining room, 11-by-9-foot kitchen and 18-by-10-family room.
