County police arrested a Baltimore man and three Baltimore youths Friday in a drug raid on a house in Brooklyn Park.

Anthony Heerd, 26, of the 900 block of Victory Ave. and the youths, ages 14, 16 and 17, were charged with possession of crack cocaine and possession of marijuana. The youths also were charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The youths were released to their parents. Bail information for Heerd was not available.

Police raided the Victory Avenue house shortly before 11 p.m. as part of an investigation into drug dealing in the neighborhood sparked by complaints from nearby residents. Last month, police raided five houses in the neighborhood.

Police said they found 2 grams of crack cocaine -- valued at $200 -- divided into six small bags and about $150 worth of marijuana in the house they raided Friday. They said they also found drug pipes and scales and $354. Police said they expect a woman who was in the house to turn herself in at the Northern District station today, and they are applying for a warrant for another resident of the Victory Avenue house who was not home during the raid.
