Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore city and county.

Northeastern District

Shooting: Two men trying to buy drugs about 1 p.m. Tuesday in the 5400 block of Relcrest Road were shot and critically wounded, police said. Investigators said the victims, 25 and 22, got into an argument with a drug dealer, who threatened them with a gun. The victims got into a car and tried to drive away as the gunman fired five shots, hitting both victims in the back of the neck. They were in critical and stable condition yesterday at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Eastern District

Aggravated assault: A 39-year-old man was in critical condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital after he was struck in the head with a baseball bat in the 1500 block of E. Biddle St. Police said officers found the man lying in the street about 3 p.m. Tuesday, leaning against the tire of a car. He suffered a skull fracture.

Northern District

Shooting: A 19-year-old man sitting in his car with a friend was shot in the face about 12: 01 a.m. yesterday by a passenger in a dark-colored car in the 2700 block of Fenwick Ave. He was treated at Union Memorial Hospital.

Southeastern District

Shooting: Three people were shot about 12: 15 a.m. yesterday in the 600 block of N. Ellwood Ave. An 18-year-old man, a 43-year-old woman and a 13-year-old girl were in the street when they heard gunfire. Police said all three were shot in the upper back. All were treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Woodlawn Precinct

Burglary: A radio/CD player, silver chains and a man's watch valued at $300 were stolen between 7: 45 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. yesterday in the 1000 block of Coleridge Court.

Stolen auto: A 1996 Jeep Cherokee, valued at $33,000, was stolen between midnight and 9 a.m. yesterday from Antwerpen Motor Cars in the 6400 block of Baltimore National Pike.

Cockeysville Precinct

Bomb threat: A bomb threat was reported at 11: 41 p.m. Tuesday at the Hunt Valley Inn in the 200 block of Shawan Road.

For the Record:

Arrest: Darrell Antonio Burrell, 30, of the 1800 block of E. Fayette St. has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with two East Baltimore slayings. He was arrested Tuesday by the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force. One slaying occurred May 25 in the 2200 block of E. Fayette St., where Sylvester Snyder, 26, of the 3500 block of Elmley Ave. was shot. The other occurred June 12 in the 1500 block of Orleans St., where Antwan Greer, 22, of the 500 block of N. Streeper St. was shot about 3: 30 p.m. as he sat in his car at a stoplight.
