1994 Perrin Reserve white Cotes du Rhone ($9)

Surprisingly, this white Cotes du Rhone is superior to the red from the same firm. It's a fruity, peachy wine with hints of honey and spice. The floral aromas add to the charm of this medium-bodied wine, which must be drunk young. This comes from the family that owns the famous Chateauneuf-du- Pape estate Chateau Beaucastel.
