Dormann back at Channel 2 as program coordinator

WMAR-TV, the ABC Network affiliate in Baltimore, announced that Darlene M. Dormann rejoined Channel 2 as program coordinator. She had been credit manager for the station before leaving for a post with CSX Intermodal.

Three are appointed by Hyatt Regency Baltimore

Hyatt Regency Baltimore has appointed Jennifer Alexy sales manager, northeastern association market, and Kate White and Jennifer Garfink Motley as catering managers.

Alexy comes to Baltimore from the San Antonio Hyatt, where she was meeting connections manager. White was formerly catering/conference services manager for the Palm Springs (Calif.) Hyatt. Motley had been banquet manager at the Baltimore Hyatt.

Bay Resins picks Blanchard to head sales, marketing

Bay Resins selected Paul E. Blanchard as director of sales and marketing for the engineering plastics compounder. He will aid in its expansion into alternate markets. He joins the Millington-based firm after 25 years with General Electric.

Kohute is representative for Clipper City Brewing

Clipper City Brewing announced that Diann Kohute joined the Lansdowne company as brewery representative. She will manage on- and off-premise retail accounts, work with distributors and brewers' representatives, and expand the firm's client base.

Provident names three as loan consultants

Provident Bank of Maryland named Donald S. Keough, Columbia branch; Maureen B. Bruneau, Towson Branch; and Julia R. Davitt, Severna Park branch, as loan consultants. Keough was financial services representative at the Hunt Valley branch. Bruneau was a loan officer with Chase Bank of Maryland. Davitt was a Loyola consumer lending supervisor.

Sinai Hospital appoints Meltzer, Orlando to posts

Sinai Hospital announced that Neil Meltzer has been appointed senior vice president and chief operating officer.

The hospital also appointed Charles Orlando as vice president of finance.

Friedman appointed by Zeider Roberts

Zeider Roberts Partnership, Baltimore-based architects, an- Friedman nounced that Craig Marc Friedman joined the firm as a project designer/architect. He is currently the project architect for renovations of the University of Maryland Medical Center first floor and was the designer/architect for the BWI main terminal enhancement project.

MacKenzie/O'Conor Piper & Hughes Flynn Construction Corp. appointed Robert W. Hughes a project manager, responsible for coordinating construction management services. The Columbia resident was a project coordinator with Whiting-Turner Construction.

MIE Properties named Stanley C. Meros executive property manager with responsibility for the firm's 6 million-square-foot property portfolio.

Prior to joining MIE, Meros was the first president of KLNB Management Services. He holds a master's in business administration from Loyola College.

Feit joins Manekin Corp. as an assistant manager

Manekin Corp. selected Marjorie Feit as an assistant property manager. She will have responsibility for lease administration, development, financial services, tenant relations and maintenance for retail and office and warehouse space in Columbia.

Formerly a building manager for Signature Management, Feit is a graduate of the University of Maryland and is currently enrolled in the Institute of Real Estate Management.
