Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Southern District

Robbery: An 18-year-old man was in the 600 block of Hyson St. yesterday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of cash and a pager, all valued at nearly $100.

Central District

Carjacking: A 42-year-old eastern Baltimore County resident was driving in the 100 block of S. Howard St. on Saturday when a man threw a rock that struck his Ford truck. When the motorist exited the truck and began arguing with the man, the suspect got into the truck, with tags 21C753, and drove off.

Northeastern District

Burglary: A .38-caliber revolver, several pieces of jewelry and a compact disc player, all valued at more than $3,000, were stolen Sunday from a house in the 5700 block of Edgepark Drive.

Burglary: A .32-caliber revolver, two 20-inch televisions, an air conditioner and an audio system, all valued at more than $1,400, were stolen Sunday from a house in the 1700 block of Gorsuch Ave.

Northern District

Burglary: An unknown sum of money was stolen Sunday from video machines and the cash register at Joe's Tavern in the 400 block of W. 23rd St.

Stolen car: A white 1996 Honda with Massachusetts vanity tags 1996 was stolen Sunday in the 3600 block of Keswick Road.

Stolen car: A 1995 Dodge Spirit with tags NSG 409 was stolen Sunday in the 1400 block of Morling Ave.

Northwestern District

Stolen van: A 1993 Dodge van with tags 779178M was stolen Sunday in the 3400 block of Rosedale Road.

Southwestern District

Burglary: An air tank, telephone, car jacks, a TV, clock radio and a ladder, all valued at more than $3,000, were stolen Sunday from Oneal's Auto Repair in the 2900 block of Buena Vista St.

Arson: Someone set fire to a Ford Bronco parked on the lot of J. T. & Sons Auto Service in the first block of S. Calverton Road on Sunday. The fire spread, destroying five vehicles. Police said the vehicles were to be used for parts and their value was not available.

North Point Precinct

Theft: A snow blower and a lawn mower, all valued at nearly $700, were stolen Sunday from the back yard of a house in the first block of Avalon Ave.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Jewelry and silverware, all of unknown value, were stolen between June 3 and Sunday from a house in the 1800 block of Loch Shiel Road.

Woodlawn Precinct

Burglary: While two women distracted a clerk at Lechter's Housewares at Security Square Mall in the 6900 block of Security Blvd. on Sunday, their male accomplice stole $400 from a safe.
