Complex financing wins creativity award

Corcoran Jennison Companies was recognized recently by the National Association of Home Builders for the Villages of Marley Station in Glen Burnie. The Braintree, Mass., firm won an award for the most creative financing of a multifamily project. Over the past year, Marley Station -- once more than 50 percent vacant -- has been completely renovated into 757 units of affordable housing.
