Totem Pole Playhouse, the scenic summer theater in Fayetteville, Pa., has launched its 1996 season with Tom Ziegler's comedy "Home Games," directed by Baltimorean Carl Schurr, who is also the theater's artistic director.

Traci Lyn Thomas stars as a truck dispatcher whose father is an ex-New York Yankee.

Here's the rest of Totem Pole's season: "Murder by Misadventure" (June 18-30), "Lend Me a Tenor" (July 2-14), "January Thaw" (July 16-28), "Beau Jest" (July 30-Aug. 11) and "Forever Plaid" (Aug. 13-25). Totem Pole Playhouse is at 9555 Golf Course Road in Caledonia State Park, 14 miles west of Gettysburg.

Show times for "Home Games" are 8 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, with matinees at 2: 30 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays, and 3 p.m. Sundays, through June 16. Tickets are $14-$20. Call (717) 352-2164 for information on this show and the rest of the season.
