Goucher appoints Nuss dean, vice president

Goucher College announced that Elizabeth M. Nuss will become vice president and dean of students July 1, succeeding Julie Collier, who will retire later this spring. Nuss formerly was executive director of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators.

She has a bachelor's degree in Spanish secondary education from the State University of New York-Albany, a master's in education from Pennsylvania State University and a doctorate from the University of Maryland College Park. She has also been assistant to the chancellor at Maryland.

McCormick names Wilson Tubed Products president

McCormick & Co. named Alan D. Wilson president of Tubed Products Inc., a McCormick sub- sidiary in East-hampton, Mass. Tubed Products is a supplier and contract packer of plastic tubes for manufacturers of cosmetics, foods and other products. Wilson previously served as vice president of corporate procurement. He has a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Tennessee. Personal Library Software of Rockville appointed Robert N. En- zwiler vice president of worldwide sales and marketing for the company, which is a supplier of information-retrieval programs for use on the World Wide Web, on-line services, CD-ROM and intracorporate communications. Most recently, Enzwiler was vice president of sales for Frontier Technologies Corp. He holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration and accounting management from Southern Illinois University. Gray Kirk/VanSant named Cameron Barry vice president and director of public relations and appointed Valerie Breslow an account executive in the firm's public relations division.

For the past six years Barry was president of her own company, Cameron Barry Marketing Communications Inc. in Baltimore. She is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College.

Breslow previously worked at Cameron Barry. She has a bachelor of arts degree in political science/international relations from Goucher College.

Oechsler promoted by Signet Bank

Signet Bank promoted Cathy E. Oechsler to assistant vice president and municipal leasing portfolio manager for Signet Leasing and Financial Corp. Oechsler joined Signet in November 1994. A graduate of Towson State University, she is a member of the Association for Governmental Leasing and Finance.

Estabrook joins Ellin & Tucker

Ellin & Tucker Chartered said Joseph S. Estabrook has joined its litigation support and business valuation group. Chairman of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants Litigation Support Services Committee, Estabrook has a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Appraisers and the Institute of Business Appraisers.

Wilson senior associate at Schnabel Engineering

Schnabel Engineering Associates, a regional firm with offices in several East Coast states, said Charles B. Wilson has joined the Bethesda-based firm as senior associate. A graduate of West Point, he has a master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in hydrology and hydraulics.
