A 19-year-old man was found shot to death yesterday evening in an alley off the 1700 block of E. Oliver St. in East Baltimore, police said.
The body was found shortly before 7 p.m. by Eastern District officers responding to a shooting report, police said. The victim's name was being withheld pending notification of his family.
