Westminster: A Finksburg resident told police that someone damaged the windshield wipers on his vehicle while it was parked at 140 Village Shopping Center between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. May 3. Damage was estimated at $65.

Westminster: A resident of West Main Street told police that a taillight lens was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked behind his home between 1: 30 a.m. and 9 a.m. Wednesday. The loss was estimated at $100.

Westminster: A resident of South Center Street told police that two hubcaps were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked behind his home between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 2: 20 p.m. Wednesday. The loss was estimated at $140.
