Crisco joins WMAR-TV as human resources chief
WMAR-TV, announced that Dayna Crisco has joined the local ABC affiliate as director of human resources. A business/psychology graduate of Towson State University, the Washington-area resident has held similar positions with Aspen Systems and North Arundel and Sinai hospitals and ATLIS Systems.
Harbor Leasing selected D'Alan Baugh as sales manager for the Baltimore-based commercial equipment company. He will have responsibility for implementing a new direct sales marketing plan. Formerly a sales manager and sales trainer for Copy World of Baltimore, he is an Air Force veteran and resides in Catonsville.
Baltimore Aircoil Co. appointed Thomas B. O'Hara III senior environmental and safety engineer for the cooling and heat transfer equipment manufacturer. He will have responsibility for the company's facilities complying with all corporate and governmental safety and environmental regulations. A graduate of the University of Maryland, he also attended the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Before joining BAC, the Baltimore resident was environmental health and safety administrator at the Martin Marietta Research Laboratories.
Kimberlee Shaw to head marketing at Arrow Data
Arrow Data Systems, headquartered in Columbia and provider of integrated computer solutions to the building industry, has chosen Kimberlee Shaw marketing director. Among her assignments will be coordinating courses in the company's new on-site training center and involvement with various professional trade organizations. Before joining Arrow Data Systems, she held marketing positions with Mamma Ilardo's and Hechinger.

Rosse selects Lin Snyder as production manager
Rosse & Associates has named Lin Snyder as production manager. She will oversee print and collateral production activity for the Sparks-based agency. A graduate of the Community College of Baltimore, she was formerly with Blue Sky Design and VanSant Dugdale.

IWIF fills posts in claims, quality care
Insured Worker's Insurance Fund has selected Frank Hollenbeck director of claims and Fred Pelosi as director of total quality care for the worker's compensation insurer. Hollenbeck, a chartered property casualty underwriter, will supervise the management and handling of all claims. He was formerly assistant to the vice president, Providence Washington Insurance.
Before joining the IWIF, Pelosi, a graduate of St. Francis College, was headquarters rehabilitation manager for USF&G. He is active in several professional organizations.

Mercantile names senior, other vice presidents
Mercantile Safe Deposit & Trust Co. announced the appointment of Joseph M. Santos as senior vice president. He will direct the activity of the bank's new leasing unit, MBC Leasing. The Loyola College graduate was formerly vice president and senior development officer for BankAmerica Credit Corp.
Mercantile also named the following as vice presidents: Robert S. Grandfield, banking division. He was formerly with Signet Bank; Matthew B. LaMotte, trust division, eastern regional office; David C. Schenning, institutional real estate; Patricia J. Stang, personal trust department; and John T. Wickline, retirement plan services department.
Ellin & Tucker, public accountant and business consultants, appointed Louis B. Ruebelmann, a bankruptcy and forensic accounting specialist, to head its forensic services group. Before joining the Baltimore firm, he was managing partner of a Bethesda-based accounting firm. A graduate of Rockhurst College, he is a qualified expert witness for federal and state courts. The Reston, Va., resident is also a member of several accounting professional organizations.
Michael Hopkins joins architects as partner
Smeallie, Orrick & Janka, architects, announced that Michael Hopkins has joined the firm as partner and vice president. He will have responsibility for project management and development of new services. A University of Houston graduate, he was a project manager for Greiner Inc. before assuming his post with the Baltimore firm.

Marjorie Warden joins eye care practice
Eye Care Associates Northwest, with offices in Baltimore and Carroll counties, has admitted Dr. Marjorie K. Warden to the practice as an associate. A specialist in children's eye care, she received her medical degree and training from the University of Maryland and served as chief resident at University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore.
