County schools officials are shifted Hickey announces job changes for 15

Howard County schools Superintendent Michael E. Hickey announced the appointments and transfers of 15 administrators at the school board meeting last week.

The changes include:

Patricia Tidgewell will become the new instructional director of elementary schools, replacing the retiring Edward Alex- ander. Dr. Tidgewell had been set to become principal of the new Ilchester Elementary School when it opens in the fall. She previously was the principal of Laurel Woods Elementary School.

Jacqueline Lazarewicz, principal of Clemens Crossing Elementary School, will become the principal of Ilchester.

Robert Bruce, principal of Carroll County's Manchester Elementary School, will become principal of Clemens Crossing.

Sandra McAmis, principal of Montgomery County's Fox Chapel Elementary School, will become principal of West Friendship Elementary School. She replaces the retiring Leah Farmer.

Friedel Warner, principal of Centennial Lane Elementary School, will become principal of Dasher Green Elementary School.

Susan Goglia, assistant principal of Stevens Forest Elementary School, will become principal of Centennial Lane.

Cheryl Sage, who had been on unpaid leave, will become assistant principal of Stevens Forest.

Joan Crawford, assistant principal of Dasher Green, will become assistant principal of Longfellow Elementary School.

Monterey Morell, a teacher at Centennial Lane, will become assistant principal of Dasher Green.

Kelly Borowski, a teacher at Mount Hebron High School, will become an assistant principal of River Hill High school.

Richard Wilson, acting assistant principal of Wilde Lake High School, will become a full-time assistant principal of the school.

Veronica Bohn, acting principal of the Howard County School of Technology, will become an assistant principal of Wilde Lake.

Edward Evans, an assistant principal at Mount Hebron High School, will become an assistant principal of Long Reach High School.

Jack Bridner, a curriculum supervisor, will become an assistant principal of Mount Hebron.

John Quinn, a curriculum supervisor, will become an assistant principal of Howard High School.
