April 26, 1996

A 19-year-old Woodlawn man has been arrested and charged as an accessory after the fact in the slaying of a 15-year-old runaway Millersville girl whose body was found in a shallow grave in Oella April 16.

Johnathan Nelson Izquierdo of the 1400 block Darius Court was accused of helping to remove and bury the body of Ji Na, of the 1000 block Rustling Oaks Drive, who police say was killed in a vacant Catonsville house in September. He was charged Wednesday night and released on $10,000 bail yesterday.

David Michael Fischer, 20, of the 6000 block Chesworth Road, has been charged with first-degree murder in the girl's death.
