Westminster: A resident of West Main Street told city police that someone stole a telephone from his vehicle while it was parked at an East Main Street convenience store between 6 p.m. Monday and 6: 30 a.m. Tuesday. The loss was estimated at $150.

Westminster: A resident of East Main Street told city police that someone scratched the driver's side of her vehicle while it was parked on West George Street on Saturday. The damage was estimated at $300.

Fire

Westminster: Firefighters responded at 3: 59 p.m. Tuesday to a brush fire on Main Street. Units were out three minutes.

Westminster: Firefighters responded Tuesday to a mulch fire on Englar Road. Units were out 17 minutes.

Westminster: Firefighters responded at 5: 10 p.m. Tuesday to a mulch fire in the 200 block of Englar Road. Units were out 21 minutes.
