Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Northwestern District

Carjacking: A Northwest Baltimore man was driving in the 3500 block of Reisterstown Road on Tuesday when he was stopped by two men, one with a handgun, who forced him out of his 1992 Infiniti with tags ZEK 200 and drove off.

Southwestern District

Robbery: A man was assaulted by two men and robbed of $20 Tuesday in the 500 block of N. Franklintown Road.

Carjacking: A B&R Transportation cabdriver was in the 2700 block of W. North Ave. on Tuesday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $10 and drove away in the cab.

Northeastern District

Theft from auto: A ladder and other property, all valued at nearly $500, were stolen Tuesday from a pickup truck parked in the 900 block of E. 25th St.

Eastern District

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed another man of more than $100 Tuesday in the 2000 block of E. Chase St.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Someone broke a sliding glass door, entered an apartment in the 12000 block of Philadelphia Road Tuesday and stole property valued at $60.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: The Hair Cuttery in the 1200 block of Eastern Blvd. was burglarized Tuesday, for the third time in two weeks. Nearly $200 was stolen.

North Point Precinct

Vandalism/arrest: Police arrested a 15-year-old boy Tuesday shortly after he broke a window in a covered bus stop at Eastern Boulevard and 54th Street. Witnesses told police the youth threw his book bag against the window to break it, then boarded a bus. Another youth at the bus stop flagged down a police officer who boarded the bus and arrested the boy. The window was valued at $100. The youth was charged with destruction of property and released in the custody of his parents.

Parkville

Burglary: Coins from vending machines and a juke box and money from a metal box were stolen Tuesday from Lorenzo's Lounge in the 8100 block of Belair Road.

Cockeysville Precinct

Theft from vehicle: A cellular phone valued at more than $300 was stolen Tuesday from a van parked in the 900 block of Metfield Drive.

Burglary: Property valued at nearly $500 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the first block of Yuma Court in Randallstown.

Bank robbery: Two men robbed the First Fidelity Bank in the 2800 block of Smith Ave. in Pikesville Tuesday and drove off in a Hyundai Elantra with unknown temporary tags.

Woodlawn Precinct

Burglary/vandalism: After breaking into Kim's Auto Service in the 8200 block of Liberty Road on Tuesday and stealing power tools, intruders used a cinder block to break out the windows of at least 10 cars parked on the lot.

Burglary: A cellular car phone valued at $200 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 5400 block of Masefield Road.
