Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Northern District

Burglary: Two portable air conditioners, tools, a diamond ring, VCR tapes, crystal lamp, exercise equipment, fans, glassware, a drill and other items, all valued at more than $2,500, were stolen Sunday from a house in the 300 block of Whitridge Ave. in Waverly.

Burglary: Computer equipment valued at $4,000 was stolen Sunday from a house in the 200 block of E. University Parkway.

Burglary/arrest: An occupant of a house in the 5100 block of Craig Ave. was home Sunday when a man broke in through a window. The occupant detained the man until police arrived and arrested the intruder.

Northeastern District

Carjacking/arrests: Police arrested two teen-age boys and were holding them pending charges that they robbed a female motorist of cash and property, all valued at $800, and her 1983 Buick in the 4300 block of Belair Road on Sunday. It was not immediately known if the car was recovered.

Robbery: A gunman robbed a Domino's pizza deliveryman of $40 Sunday in the 1600 block of Wadsworth Way.

Assault/arrests: Two teen-age boys were arrested Sunday after they pointed a handgun at a teen-age girl in the 3700 block of Kimble Road.

Southwestern District

Robbery: Two gunmen robbed the High's dairy store in the 3700 block of Wilkens Ave. of money and 20 packs of cigarettes Saturday.

North Point Precinct

Aggravated assault/arrests: Police arrested a boy and girl, both 16, and charged them with assaulting a teen-age girl Sunday at Gough and 54th streets in the Colgate section. Police said the victim, a Colgate resident, was knocked to the ground and repeatedly kicked in the head. The victim was in fair condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Police said the male suspect was remanded to Waxter Children's Center, and the girl was released to the custody of her parents.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Two telephones, a microwave oven, nearly 50 cassette tapes and a Caller ID, all valued at more than $1,300, were stolen Sunday from a house in the 9000 block of Simms Ave.

Towson Precinct

Robbery/arrest: A 34-year-old man, who had implied he was armed, was arrested and charged with robbing the Rite Aid pharmacy in the 6800 block of Loch Raven Blvd. Saturday night. Shortly after the robbery, Officer Darryl Parker was patrolling nearby when he spotted a man running from the store and arrested him. Anthony C. Sykes, of no fixed address, was charged with armed robbery and held yesterday in the county's Detention Center in lieu of $500,000 bond.
