Police raided a house in Pimlico yesterday and seized $40,000 worth of suspected crack cocaine, four guns and cash and arrested an adult and a 15-year-old boy.

Officers of the Northwestern District drug enforcement unit, acting on a search-and-seizure warrant, raided the house in the 4800 block of Beaufort Ave. about 5: 15 p.m., police said. They seized more than 500 bags containing suspected crack cocaine, 2 ounces of suspected pure crack cocaine, a TEC-9 assault pistol, a sawed-off shotgun and two .32-caliber revolvers.

In addition to the 15-year-old youth, who was charged as a juvenile, police arrested Corey Petty, 21, who lives at the raided house. He was charged with being a drug kingpin, using a juvenile for drug transactions, drug possession and distribution, illegal possession of firearms and maintaining a common nuisance, police said.
