Russett

Our look at townhome builders in the 613-acre planned community of Russett in Laurel continues this week with houses built by NV Homes, Richmond American Homes and Trafalgar House Residential Maryland. Russett Center Limited Partnership is the developer of Russett, in northwestern Anne Arundel County.

NV Homes

NV Homes has eight homes left at Russett, where the company is building 104 garage townhouses with a starting price of $149,900 for 2,112 square feet on three levels.

The basement level has a one-car garage, laundry and powder rooms and a 20-by-12-foot recreation room.

On the first floor, there is a 21-by-18-foot living room, 12-by-10-foot dining room and an L-shaped kitchen and a pantry.

A walk-in closet, 13-by-12-foot bedroom and bath with a soaking tub, dual vanities and separate shower is on the second floor. Two other bedrooms and full hall bath are on this floor. Telephone and cable hookups are standard.

The entry level has a 21-by-15-foot dining/living room and 10-by-15-foot kitchen. Upstairs, the master suite has a 12-by-16-foot bedroom, walk-in closet and bath with soaking tub, dual vanities and separate shower. The top floor has two more bedrooms.
