A 13-year-old Jessup boy was robbed at gunpoint of his bicycle by another teen-ager with whom he was playing basketball at the Patapsco Valley Middle School late Friday afternoon.

The victim rode his black GT Dyno BMC bicycle to the school's basketball court about 5 p.m. and joined three other boys he didn't know. One of the boys, who looked to be about 17 years old, asked if he could ride the bike.

When the victim refused, the older boy told him to give it to him or he'd take it. Again, the victim refused, and the older boy then pointed a small black handgun at the victim and took the bicycle.

Police are investigating and did not have a complete description of the older teen.
