Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Eastern District

Robbery: A 25-year-old woman was walking near her home in the 2100 block of E. Chase St. on Tuesday when a gunman robbed her of $5.

Burglary: A telephone and a videocassette recorder, all valued at nearly $600, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1000 block of N. Broadway.

Church burglary: Candles and other property, all valued at $200, were stolen Tuesday from the Evans Temple Church in the 2400 block of E. Madison St.

Burglary: A videocassette recorder and a pair of shoes, all valued at $300, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1600 block of N. Wolfe St.

Church burglary: A telephone of unknown value was stolen from the Pillar of Truth Church in the 2500 block of E. Madison St. yesterday. Northeastern District

Stolen car: A green 1985 Hyundai with tags BEF 751 was stolen Tuesday in the 4500 block of Finney Ave.

Assault: A resident of the 4500 block of Clareway was arguing with another man near his home Tuesday when the other man struck him several times with a piece of wood. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Northern District

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a man of his wallet, cash and other property, all valued at more than $70, in the 2500 block of N. Charles St. on Tuesday.

Robbery: A gunman robbed the Frisby Street Market in the 3000 block of Frisby St. of an undisclosed sum of money Tuesday after striking an employee with the weapon.

Burglary: Computer equipment valued at $3,000 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1300 block of Smith Ave.

Theft: A glass table valued at $200 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 3000 block of Guilford Ave.

Western District

Robbery/arrest: A 23-year-old man was riding his mountain bike in the 1700 block of N. Mount St. on Tuesday when another man robbed him of the bike, valued at $300. Later, police arrested a suspect. It was not immediately known if the bike was recovered.

Rape/arrest: Police arrested an 18-year-old man Tuesday in the rape Monday of a 12-year-old girl in her North Mount Street home.

Southwestern District

Aggravated assault: A resident of the 2300 block of N. Rosedale St. was treated at Sinai Hospital on Tuesday for back and arm injuries after two men attacked him near his home and struck him several times with a metal pipe.

Robbery: Police were seeking four men who threatened a man with a knife, then beat him with their fists and robbed him of $10 Tuesday in the 4100 block of Frederick Ave. The victim was treated at St. Agnes Hospital.

Parkville Precinct

Bank robbery: An unarmed man robbed the Harbor Federal Bank in the 7900 block of Harford Road yesterday. The man entered the bank at 9:45 a.m. and ordered two tellers to put money in a briefcase he carried. The robber fled on foot.

Robbery: A gunman with blond spiked-hair robbed the High's convenience store in the 1300 block of E. Joppa Road on Tuesday night.

Burglary: Property valued at more than $1,300 was stolen Tuesday from Beltway Plaza Liquors in the 7600 block of Belair Road. Entry was gained by breaking the glass in the front door.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Tools and other equipment, all valued at more than $6,000, were stolen Tuesday from J. K. Builders and Home Improvement in the 12200 block of Belair Road.

Towson Precinct

Stolen vehicle: A green 1995 Jeep Cherokee with tags 798040 was stolen Tuesday in the 8600 block of LaSalle Road.

Burglary: More than $900 worth of meat was stolen Tuesday from the refrigerator at O'Fiskel's Caterers in the 500 block of Reisterstown Road.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: A 22-year-old Columbia man was leaving his car on the parking lot Tuesday at Security Square Mall in the 6900 block of Security Blvd. when an unarmed man robbed him of his wallet and money, all valued at more than $400.

Burglary: A video camera, fax machine and a tiller, all valued at nearly $3,000, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 7900 block of Dogwood Road.

Robbery: Two men were leaving a convenience store at Ingleside Avenue and Queen Anne Street on Tuesday when two youths, one with a handgun, robbed them of two pagers, all valued at nearly $100.
