Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Central District

Stolen car: A blue 1986 Pontiac with Delaware tags 835 293 was stolen Saturday in the 600 block of N. Paca St.

Stolen car: A Ford Escort with tags CKA 880 was stolen Saturday in the 2100 block of Mount Royal Ave.

Northeastern District

Burglary: Someone entered the city Fire Department's Engine Company No. 3 in the 6700 block of Pulaski Highway on Saturday and stole a scanner and a pair of field glasses, all valued at more than $200.

Burglary: Property of unknown value was stolen Saturday from an apartment in the 6500 block of Falkirk Road.

Stolen car: A 1990 Dodge Shadow with tags YHY 551 was stolen Saturday in the 3900 block of Marx Ave.

Robbery: A resident of the 4700 block of Chatford Road was walking near his home Saturday when three men, one with a handgun, robbed him of a pack of cigarettes, cash and an alcoholic beverage.

Western District

Drug arrest: A 24-year-old man was arrested Saturday in the 500 block of N. Payson St. and charged with possession of heroin. Police seized 10 sealed bags of suspected heroin from the man, who lives in the 2100 block of N. Mount St.

Drug arrest: Police were in the 1400 block of Riggs Ave. on Saturday when they spotted a man suspected of selling drugs and arrested him on charges of marijuana. Police confiscated three plastic bags of the suspected marijuana from the man.

Southwestern District

Robbery: A man was in the 700 block of N. Franklintown Road on Saturday when two men, one with a knife, robbed him of $3 and a bus pass.

Theft/arrest: Police arrested a 51-year-old resident of the 2800 block of Frederick Ave. who entered the Longwood Cafe in the 3000 block of Frederick Ave. on Saturday and allegedly stole $18 that was laying on the bar. The suspect fled the bar and was chased and caught by patrons who held him for police.

Theft/arrest: A man stole nearly 150 packets of Kool-Aid, valued at more than $30, from the Super Fresh market at the Westside Shopping Center in the 2400 block of Frederick Ave. on Saturday. A store security officer, who caught the man outside pTC the store, was assaulted while subduing him. Police said the suspect also was injured and was treated at St. Agnes Hospital and released.

Robbery: A man who lives in the 1800 block of Aiken St. was leaving a grocery store near his home Saturday when two men, one with a small caliber handgun, struck him over the head and robbed him of $20. The victim was treated at St. Agnes Hospital for a minor injury and released.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 4300 block of Eldone Road through the front door Saturday and stole a gold nugget ring valued at $600, a gold wedding band valued at $300 and a gold rope necklace valued at more than $200.

Theft: Police were seeking a man who entered his former girlfriend's home in the 500 block of S. Bentalou St. on Saturday and stole jewelry valued at $1,000 from a bedroom.

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a 14-year-old boy of his radio, valued at $100, in the 4500 block of Edmondson Ave. on Saturday.

Robbery: A man who implied he was armed with a handgun robbed Rainbow Apparel at the Westside Shopping Center in the 2400 block of Frederick Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money Saturday.

Stolen car: A blue 1993 Ford with tags VTR 148 was stolen Saturday in the first block of N. Woodington Road.

North Point Precinct

Vandalism: Police were seeking several youths after one of them broke the driver's side window of a 1988 Isuzu that was parked Sunday in the 500 block of W. Pittsburgh Ave. in Turners Station.

Burglary: A camera, compact disc player, tapes and cash, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen Saturday from an apartment in the 1600 block of Four Georges Court.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Computer equipment and a VCR, all valued at more than $5,000, were stolen Saturday from a house in the 7100 block of Bristol Road.

Burglary: Doors valued at $500 were stolen Saturday from a house under construction in the 1400 block of Wine Spring Lane.

Burglary/vandalism: Several walls and a glass door in a house in the 1900 block of Rambling Ridge Lane were vandalized Saturday. Damage was estimated at more than $300.

Garrison Precinct

Purse snatch: A 30-year-old Reisterstown woman was at Reisterstown and Caraway roads Saturday when a man stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at more than $200.

Burglary: The keys to several vehicles were stolen Saturday from Main Street Motors in the 500 block of Reisterstown Road.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: A Woodlawn-area man was getting out of his car in the 6900 block of Security Blvd. on Saturday when two men, one with a knife, robbed him of a diamond ring, money clip and cash, all valued at more than $5,000.

Robbery: A gunman robbed the McDonald's restaurant in the 6500 block of Security Blvd. of $20 Saturday and escaped in a Chevrolet Lumina. The suspect was standing in line at the counter and pulled a gun when an employee opened the cash register. He threatened to shoot her as he leaned over and removed the money.

Robbery: A pizza deliveryman was in the 200 block of Southland Road on Saturday when he was robbed of $20 by two men, one of whom implied he was armed with a handgun.
