Francis X. Bosslehas been named senior vice president of Taneytown Bank and Trust Co.'s mortgage division, to be named Classic Mortgage. Mr. Bossle owned Classic Mortgage Co., which was acquired by the bank.

Union National Bankwas honored by the Greater Westminster Development Corp. for its 180th anniversary. Attending from the bank were Virginia Smith, president; Thomas See, chief financial officer; Bradley Butt, vice president of lending; Robert Walker and Gary Harris, commercial lenders; Mary Degitz, branch manager; Joseph Beaver, past president and board member.

John Mazurof Country Graphics, a photography and video production company in Manchester, has been nominated for an award by the International Society of Special Events. His video coverage of the Korean War Memorial dedication in July was nominated for best videographic coverage of an event.


Dividend declared: The board of directors of Monocacy Bancshares Inc. declared a 10-cents-a-share dividend March 25, payable April 22 to shareholders of record as of April 8.
