Brookstone Condominiums in Pikesville

1. Bozzuto Homes says it is offering "more for less" during its close out at Brookstone Condominiums in Pikesville, Baltimore County, where the company has five units remaining.

One model of the 1,200-square-foot, two-bedroom Summit Creek offered at $110,475, although it has options that would normally raise the price to $118,000.

These options include a gas fireplace in the living room, ceiling fan rough-ins, upgraded white kitchen cabinets, four telephone and three cable outlets, a washer and dryer, mirrored closet doors, Hotpoint appliances, ceramic tile floors in the bathrooms, kitchen, foyer and laundry room, and a soaking tub in the master bath.

All condominiums have a 20-by-13-foot living room, 9-by-12-foot dining room and 10-by-11-foot kitchen, as well as a pantry, laundry room and a balcony or patio.

Master suites have a walk-in closet, full bath and 13-by-11-foot bedroom. The second bedroom is 11 by 13 feet.

They originally sold for $125,990 but the last 1,350-square-foot Falls is priced at $110,140 with white kitchen cabinets, stall shower in the master bath and three ceiling fan rough-ins. The Falls II adds a 10-by-10-foot den, while the Falls has a third bedroom which is 11 by 10 feet.

The Falls is almost identical to the Summit Creek except that it has a third bedroom which is 11 by 10 feet.

The sales office is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Take I-695 to Greenspring Avenue south (Exit 22), to a left on Green Summit Road, then a left on Toby Drive to the information center, on the left side.
