Emmanuel Christian to hold sunrise Easter service

Emmanuel Christian Community Church will have a sunrise Easter service for members of three congregations and the public at 6 a.m. tomorrow at the church, 800 Carrollton Ave.

The service will include members of First Christian Community Baptist and Garrison Boulevard United Methodist churches.

Judith Rosenkranz to speak at Shabbat service

Judith Rosenkranz, president of the Women of Reform Judaism, will speak at the annual Sisterhood Shabbat Service of Baltimore Hebrew Congregation at 8: 15 p.m. Friday.

Baltimore Hebrew Congregation is at 7401 Park Heights Ave., Information: 764-1587.

Church will have open house at meetinghouse

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will have an open house from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. April 13 in its new meetinghouse, 2810 Emmorton Road, Abingdon. Videos, displays, music and refreshments will be featured. Information: 569-9065, ext. 7820.

Workshop available for interfaith couples

A program for interfaith couples, "Raising Jewish Children in an Interfaith Family," will be offered by the Jewish Outreach Network and Temple Emanuel.

The program will begin at 5: 30 p.m. April 13 at Temple Emanuel, 909 Berrymans Lane, Reisterstown.
