Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Northern District

Robbery: A resident of the 2600 block of Loyola Northway was walking near his home Wednesday when he was assaulted by a man who robbed him of a $400 money order.

Burglary: Stereo speakers, an electronic keyboard, a stereo monitor, a stereo mixer and other items, all valued at more than $3,000, were stolen Wednesday from a private storage locker in the 4300 block of York Road.

Theft: A VCR and other pieces of property, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 2400 block of W. Garrison Ave.

Northeastern District

Drive-by shooting: A man was in the 5200 block of The Alameda Wednesday when he was shot in the right elbow by one of at least two men who drove by in a 1987 or 1988 Toyota Cressida. The victim was treated at a hospital.

Stolen car: A green 1993 Plymouth van with unknown temporary tags was stolen Wednesday in the 1700 block of Cedarcroft Road.

Northern District

Robbery: Three men robbed the Wendy's restaurant in the 5600 block of York Road on Wednesday.

Northwestern District

Stolen car: A brown 1979 Pontiac with tags CLE 712 was stolen Wednesday in the 2900 block of Rockrose Ave.

Stolen car: A blue 1989 Honda with tags CVD 600 was stolen Wednesday in the 4000 block of Barrington Road.

Central District

Robbery: A 17-year-old girl was walking in the 300 block of W. Lexington St. on Wednesday when two men, one with a silver-colored semi-automatic handgun, robbed her of cash and property, all valued at $40.

White Marsh Precinct

Theft from vehicle: A radio and speakers, all valued at nearly $300, were stolen Wednesday from a 1991 Geo Tracker parked on the lot at the White Marsh Mall in the 9500 block of Perry Hall Blvd.

Vandalism: An 18-year-old resident of Popes Lane was driving his 1996 Suzuki motorcycle on Lodge Farm Road Wednesday and was nearing the Hall Road overpass when someone threw a large rock from the overpass, striking the front of the motorcycle and causing $500 damage. The cyclist was not injured.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: A VCR, radio, a set of bar-bells and an electronic keyboard, all valued at $700, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 11600 block of Falls Road.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary: Property valued at nearly $700 was stolen Wednesday from a garage in the 12800 block of Sagamore Forest Road.

Woodlawn

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 5500 block of Old Court Road through a window Wednesday and stole three Rottweiler puppies having a combined value of $1,000.

Theft from auto: Property valued at $2,000 was stolen Wednesday from a 1993 Subaru parked in the first block of Bristow Court.

Parkville

Burglary: A TV valued at $400 was stolen Wednesday from a house in the 13400 block of Fork Road.
